Due to the nature of our business and the bespoke nature of our work, once a project is initiated and payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds or accept cancellations.
2. No Refunds or Cancellations: We do not offer refunds or accept cancellations of any services once payment has been made. We encourage our clients to review their orders and make any necessary adjustments before finalizing payment.
3. Exceptional Circumstances: In the event of a double payment, or if a payment fails but the money is still debited from your account and not received by us, a refund will be processed. The refund will be issued within 5-7 working days.
